Shaping the all-out machine, our next gen V2 technology allows us to incorporate huge interiors and weather-sealed gear storages. Case in point, the oversized front deck includes roughly a foot of additional width at the seat base. That’s some serious room!
Likewise, the super quiet pad hull is engineered with specialized lifting strakes, supercharged hole shots, responsive handling, and incredible stability. Ultimately, it’s a groundbreaking approach to innovation with the kind of repeatable consistency that drives every 1980 to run stronger, drier, faster, and exceptionally smooth. Combined with stretch-formed gunnels, these Glass-Infused Aluminum Hybrids™ carry a confidence so advanced, they’re easily mistaken as a hand built fiberglass rig. Highlights of the cockpit include the fluid feel of SeaStar™ Pro hydraulic steering, a full array of instrumentation, an abundance of leg room, and adjustable driver’s seat. Elsewhere, the tour-level livewell, insulated cooler, dual rod boxes, and our custom-fitted trailer are among the 1980’s long list of standard features. - Stretch-Formed Gunnels: Just because the hull is built out of aluminum doesn't mean it has to resemble your grandfather's jon boat. Our exclusive stretch-formed gunnels provide a sleek look that's often mistaken for fiberglass. Not only does the design create more deck space and room to fish but it delivers an incredibly smooth, solid, and quiet rough water ride.
- Custom Upholstery With Optional Adjustable Driver's Seat: Comfort is critical and a focus of ours. You'll find that the custom driver and passenger seats not only look great but feel the same way. With the Victor Package we even provide an adjustable driver's seat. Why shouldn't the boat be built to fit you, not the other way around? Coupled with matching fold down fishing seats our rigs are ready for those long days on the water.
- Stainless Pull-Up Tie Cleats: Stop breaking rods and tearing clothing. Our stainless-steel pull-up cleats stay out of the way until they're needed.
- Oversized Pedestal Bases: Others use a ¾" diameter base to hold the fishing seats in place. We believe in going a step farther. Our 1.77" diameter base is stronger and will last longer.
- Compression Lid Locks: One key to providing drier storage is to help ensure the lid completely seals. We accomplish this by using compression locks that pull the lid tight against the rubber seal.
- Hard Case™ Paint: Many aluminum boats receive the same paint that's applied to a cheap utility trailer. Instead, we paint the entire hull showing no raw aluminum and the matching color is protected by a Hard Case™ clear coat. This provides a lasting finish that ensures a great look for years to come and ultimately increases resale value.
- Matching Fiberglass Console: We don't stop at simply putting a fiberglass console in our boat. These Glass-Infused Aluminum Hybrid™ designs benefit from the looks, strength, and quality of fiberglass throughout the rig. The console is built with a cantilever design that improves legroom and overall feel. No sharp edges and plug-and-play wiring make additional rigging simple. - Dual Rod Box Setup at Bow: Protecting today's high-tech rod/reel combos is important. We do that with dual carpeted rod boxes that literally cradle the equipment in place. Our enclosed, tapered rod tubes allow for individual storage without the worries of rod tips hanging on the end of the tubes. Additionally, the carpeted rod holder makes grabbing your secret setups quick and easy.
- Oversized Gelcoat/Fiberglass Rear Storage: No more flimsy, plastic drop-in boxes held down with wood screws. Our fiberglass boxes are generously oversized while being sealed and foamed into each AVX. It's a solid combination that reinforces our notably quiet, solid, and responsive feel. Additionally, the raised lid openings provide an even drier seal, delivering added protection from water and weather.
- Insulated Fiberglass Cooler With Seal and Drain: In a world full of coolers that cost hundreds of dollars, we provide one built into the boat itself. It's over insulated with foam, has a built-in drain, and the smooth, durable gel-coated interior is made to take the demands an avid angler will throw at it. Not to mention it's easy to access from outside the boat and is tucked away under deck so space isn't hindered for your hydration.
- Tournament Grade Fiberglass Livewell: When money's on the line it's comforting to know that our livewell system is designed to keep the day's catch healthy and safe. We incorporate a valve system that makes changes easy, no more sticking your hand in cold water to drain the livewell. Additionally, the well is equipped with recirculating aeration, a pump-out system, and Splash Guard technology.
- All-Welded High-Performance Pad Hull: Our ground-breaking AVX high-performance pad hull enjoys a running surface with less drag, increased bow lift, and superior overall handling and performance. The manufacturing processes we use create a consistent running surface not found in other brands.
