Mike Floyd joined Extreme Sport Boats bringing with him 30 years of experience working all through Sam's Club in five different states, retiring as the Club Manager in Bentonville Sam's Club. Mike is happily to his amazing wife, Crystal, of 35 years. Mike is a long-time recreational angler, avid Razorback fan and a devotion towards community involvement.

Ty has been with Bella Vista Marine, now Extreme Sport Boats since 2014. Starting as a detailer, working his way into the role of Marine Technician and Rigging. He also worked with us as our Parts Manager/ Service Writer and continues to help in all departments. We are very blessed to have him as a valued team member...

Mitchell comes to Extreme Sport Boats with a wealth of experience and knowledge with parts in the Marine industry. We're excited for Mitchell to join the Extreme Sport Boats team.

Rickey is a third-generation boat technician with over 35 years' experience in the marine industry factory trained and certified by Yamaha and Mercury Marine, Rickey contentiously participates in factory training to stay current on today's technology. So please take advantage of his wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry.

Braydon graduated top of his class and was on the Dean's List at MMI school in Orlando, Florida. Braydon is a welcome addition the Extreme Sport Boats team.

Brandon brings over 20 years experience in the marine industry. He has a strong work ethic, great attitude, and loves working around and in the marine industry. He is a dedicated employee, and is trusted to deliver excellence in his work.
